We are delighted to announce another sponsor for this years event.

NewRiver is a leading property investor, asset manager and developer specialising in the UK retail and leisure sector.  They were named ‘Property Company of the Year’ at the Property Week Awards in April 2016.

 NewRiver’s planning application for the redevelopment of the Burgess Hill Town Centre  was granted in March 2016.

The redevelopment of the existing shopping centre will be phased over 3 years to provide a 10-screen Cineworld, 63 bed Travelodge, a higher quality retail offer, new restaurant and leisure provisions, 174 additional car parking spaces and improved public realm.

These improvements will be complemented with 142 new residential units and a new purpose built library.  We can’t wait to see it!
