The Mid Sussex Mile will be held after the Mid Sussex Fun Run and before each of the main races. The Mile races are a great opportunity for junior runners to get involved in the Weekend event.
As with the weekends long distance events, entrants will wear a timing chip in order to get an accurate finish time and placing. Every finisher will receive a medal, with trophies for the top boys and girls.
The race will start at 10am on all three days of the May Bank Holiday weekend, before the main races at 10.30am.
- Saturday 2nd May 2026 – East Grinstead Rugby Club, Saint Hill Road, East Grinstead, RH19 4JU.
- Sunday 3rd May 2026– Victoria Park, Haywards Heath, RH16 4LY.
- Monday 4th May 2026 – The Burgess Hill Academy, Station Road, Burgess Hill, RH15 9EA.
